What we offer
Save the date design, invitation design (physical and digital formats), wedding websites, custom illustration, calligraphy services, reception stationery including order of service/programs, seating plans, table numbers, place cards, thank you tags and cards, menus and even fun things like laser cut cake toppers, table names and numbers, vinyls/decals, badges and signage.

Printing and finishing
Digital printing, fine art printing, letterpress, blind deboss, duplexing and hot foil printing, flat foiling, metallic digital printing, silkscreen printing, large format printing, die cutting, laser cutting (card stock, wood and perspex), stickers/labels, custom stamps, wax seals, hand embossing tools, ribbon printing, button badges and custom boxes.

Outlining the process
Once we hear from you, we will get all the requirements needed for us to quote. After you have accepted the quote, we will need a 50% deposit as well as your wording to get us started! 

We need about 5-7 working days (sometimes a bit longer if there is a bit of a queue, but often, if you are lucky a bit quicker!!). We send the mock ups over via email so that you and your fiancé can discuss, look and relook before sending feedback. We include 2 sets of changes within the original quote.

We do not charge a consultation fee for meetings taking place in our studio, in working hours! 

Brides outside of Cape Town
We love working with brides all across our beautiful country and even abroad. With email, telephone or Skype sessions communication is quick and easy, and we use a range of courier services for local and international delivery.

We need about 4-6 weeks from start to finish on a wedding invitation. Sometimes it takes a bit longer if there is quite a bit of back and forth on the design or if we are doing intricate designs with many components or an invitation with complex finishing. It is tricky for us to get it done much quicker as we are a small team trying our bestest best to produce outstanding work.

How can I cut into the timeline?
The best way to get invitations out real quick without having to pay rush fees is to do electronic invitations or wedding websites. It saves us time on getting quotes so we can get started way quicker and once the design is finalised it is ready to send out straight away.

Rush fees
A rush fee of R 650 might apply if you have left your goodies a bit late. But get in touch with us and be sure to let us know when you need your invitations in hand.

What if we had maxed out on changes and I still need a couple more?
We want you to be 100% happy with the final result and are more than happy to make a couple more changes to ensure the end result is absolutely perfect. We charge our hourly rate of R 325 (ex vat) for additional changes.

How do you personalise the invitations to specific guests?
Mostly, the invitation itself does not have the guest’s name on it (although there are a few options to get this done, so contact us!) but rather the envelopes are personalised. We do not offer the service of printing straight onto the envelope but design beautiful labels that match your invitation and is applied onto the envelope. We can personalise these with the guest’s name and address. Alternatively we can get in touch with a great calligrapher to hand address the envelopes or you can hand address them yourself.

Once the invitations are done, we use our reliable courier company’s overnight service and the pretties will reach South Africans within 1-2 business days (courier cost dependent is on weight but it is usually about R150). For international clients our courier usually gets your goodies delivered within 5-7 working days. To get it within 2-3 days we use DHL which is a more expensive option but sometimes getting it those few days earlier really counts!
